Chrystian Guy

Chrystian is a pioneer in the awakening of the Internet in Quebec. He is co-creator of Quebec’s first Web Portal, La Toile du Quebec, and co-founder of Netgraphe, the first Canadian dotcom to become publicly traded. Entrepreneur at heart, he also launched and grew many Web start-ups.

From 2007 to 2008, he was appointed as Director for digital economic websites for Transcontinental Media where he managed the reorganization of economic media portal.

From 2008 to 2011, he was acting as eBusiness Director at Phéromone (VDL2) and was responsible for building a business development practice. He also directed VIA Rail’s complete web makeover in 2009 and 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, he was Vice-president and General Manager at DAC Group Montreal, the largest directional marketing agency in Canada and in the USA.

He is now Vice-president Marketing & Growth at CakeMail, an email marketing solution provider.

A Business Administration graduate from Collège André-Grasset he also studied French Literature at Université de Montréal. He approaches business with the angle of communication and human interactions. Starting from a storytelling stand point, he is a very keen coach and
speaker while concentrating his recommendations on profitable actions and fulfilling business objectives.
