Presentation #2: User experience is dead!

Online user experience (or UX for those who are familiar with it) is on everybody’s mind these days – is the path to purchase streamlined enough, are the colors right, what about the size of the pictures…? What if none of this had to do with user experience? Companies want their websites to convey brand image, connect with the customer and convert as much as possible, all at the same time. They often set up a website, thinking about the customer path in a very linear way and trying to make this path as smooth as possible. But what if we stopped thinking about the web in such a linear way and start thinking the web as a space in which you experience things?
